I love the phrase “People Exist Between Keyboard and Chair” (PEBKAC) – I am so using (stealing) that going forward! engineering and Psychology together – OMG! I like that this session validates that things can appear ‘all green’ when the user/customer might feel ‘differently’. Most everyone, when they think about that, agrees this can be the case, and why I like RaeAnn’s ‘tactical’ mention of the word ‘sentiment’. Couple this with the fact that happy employees actually make their businesses more profitable. Who wouldn’t want that! ..and let’s do leverage all of IT’s learning from the COVID experience!
